bajj Terms & Conditions

1.Definitions & Applicability

The following terms used in this document are defined below:

• "bajj" or "Platform" — refers to the bajj.lat website and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person registered on bajj.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, and related activities provided through bajj.
• "Account" — a user's personal profile that grants access to the platform and the right to use its services.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by bajj that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.

These terms and conditions take effect automatically by browsing the bajj website, registering, or using any of its services. Users who do not wish to comply with these terms should refrain from using the platform.

2.Account Registration & Verification

The following conditions apply when opening an account on bajj:

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The account must not be shared with any third party.
• bajj may request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.

2.2 Account Security

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the bajj support team immediately. bajj is not responsible for any loss resulting from the disclosure of account credentials to others.

3.Age & Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met for membership on bajj:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• Users may not access the platform from any region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• The user must be an independent individual with full legal capacity.
• Persons previously banned by bajj may not re-register.

Providing false information about age will result in immediate account termination, and all funds may be forfeited.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on bajj:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits made through a third party or using someone else's payment account are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.
• Bonus funds with active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajj offers a welcome bonus for new members:

• A 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• bajj may set a specific time limit for completing wagering requirements; the terms in effect at the time the bonus is claimed will apply.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• bajj reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• VIP members are eligible for additional benefits and cashback — separate VIP terms and conditions apply.

6.Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activities on the bajj platform:

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• Game rules and payout structures are displayed in the information section of each game.
• If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, bajj will settle it based on the last valid state of that round.
• For live casino and sportsbook games, the rules of the relevant game provider also apply.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market and are shown in the game interface. bajj reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

6.3 Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, contact the support team within 48 hours. bajj's system records will be considered the final evidence.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajj platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Selling an account or providing account access to a third party.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to bajj's systems or network.
• Creating an account or conducting transactions using false or misleading information.
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms (bonus abuse).

8.Privacy & Data Protection

bajj gives the highest priority to the protection of users' personal information. Detailed information on this can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

Key principles:

• bajj uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transactions secure.
• Users' personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be verified for the purposes of identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.

9.Limitation of Liability

bajj does not accept liability for the following:

• Loss suffered by a user due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Failure of third-party services or payment systems.
• Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to protect their account credentials.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, or other uncontrollable events.

bajj's maximum liability will never exceed the amount deposited by the user in connection with the specific incident.

10.Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by bajj

bajj may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected provision of false information or identity fraud.
• Suspected money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• Security risk or fraudulent behavior.

10.2 Closed by User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. To do so, they must contact the support team. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw all valid funds will be provided.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11.Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between bajj and any user, the following process will be followed:

1. Step 1: Contact the support team directly and attempt to resolve the issue.
2. Step 2: The support team will review the issue and respond within 72 hours.
3. Step 3: If the issue is not resolved, a review at the management level may be requested.

For all disputes, bajj's system logs and transaction records will be considered as final evidence.

12.Changes to Terms

bajj reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Users will be notified as much as possible before any significant changes are made.
• The updated terms and conditions will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will change.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If a user does not agree to the new terms and conditions, they may request to close their account.

13.Responsible Gaming

bajj believes that gaming is an entertainment activity that should always be enjoyed responsibly. We are mindful of the mental and financial well-being of our users.
